This project acts as an Urban Catalyst, shaping vibrant city life through a blend of industries, construction, and regeneration. It features three low-rise blocks linked to a high rise zone, supported by two slanted columns. Green spaces along Chuanqiao Road and loft style stacked volumes promote creativity. The facade, clad in 28,000 red ceramic tiles, offers a minimalist look, while courtyards, terraces, and rooftop gardens enhance nature and innovation.

Designed by Padovani Arquitetos, the residence balances spacious social areas with privacy, featuring seven suites, a pool, and a gym. The design follows the topography, minimizing verticality while emphasizing horizontal lines. Panoramic views, strategic block overlays, and Brazilian vernacular materials like wood and stone enhance its harmony with the landscape, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and cultural authenticity.

Spanning approximately 100000 square meters, the layout incorporates an L shaped water channel, stepped platforms and green areas aligned with the terrain. A central plaza with sculptural planters and modular seating units anchors the design. The project prioritizes ecological integration and accessibility, fostering a functional space where built structures complement the natural landscape.

Its form language reflects the refined aesthetics of modern electric vehicles, with sharp proportions, smooth surfaces, and streamlined Led lighting. A widened entry frame, lowered ground clearance, and adjustable seating improve comfort and ease of use for people of all ages. Built on a standardized platform with a scalable battery system, the design extends from compact to larger formats, enabling versatile applications from neighborhood mobility to resorts.
Continue readingEvery three years, the King Boat Ceremony lights up the night sky, a ritual of rebirth. This ship-shaped museum becomes a sanctuary holding the spiritual trace of fire. Sunlight pours through the skylight onto the King Boat's prow, like a divine guide. The building transforms into a vessel of time, echoing chants and prayers. Though incense may no longer burn, shadows and spaces reveal a living cultural dialogue, like ashes after fire, it is proof of faith and life moving forward.
Continue readingA motorized shading system for large scale facades uses a seamless 20 meter panel, redefining shading as part of the architectural system rather than an independent product. It combines full blackout performance with automated control to improve daylight regulation and spatial quality. The system applies a self balancing structure, anti bending design, and guided track to maintain stability at large spans, forming an interface between facade, light, and outdoor space.
